First month 150 GEL, unlimited, new members only. Beginners start in Intro/Fundamentals. Everyone else, we’ll see you tonight.
Half the room walked in with no idea what they were doing. Beginner classes run three times a week and start from zero, every time.
Start HereGi and no-gi, six days a week. White belt to competitor in the same room.
Mon, Wed, Sat. No experience, no fitness test, no pressure to roll on day one.
Ages 5–9 and 10–14. Movement, problem solving, and learning to lose well.
Takedowns, scrambles and top control. Coached by Gabi.
A women-only class with Maria. Same standards, your own room.
Stand-up with Zura and Saba. Pads, footwork and technical sparring.
Nobody here is trying to win the warm-up. Coaches know your name, the mats get cleaned twice a day, and the person tapping you out will show you how they did it afterwards.
You can submit everyone at open mat and still get worse.
Kids learn to move, solve problems under pressure and get back up. Competition is there if they want it. It isn’t the point.
Big mat area, proper showers, and a corner with coffee where people sit around long after class has finished.
Monthly, cancel whenever. Pause it free if you travel — plenty of people here do.
Beginner class if you’ve never trained. Anything you like if you have.
Ten minutes early, shorts and a t-shirt. We’ll lend you the rest.
A coach walks you through the room, the rules and the etiquette.
You train. Nobody is going to smash the new person.
